APPLICATION:
High Performance 3.3K Oven Temperature Probe NTC Thermistor Probe  is a food temperature inspection probe,
which is made from reliable NTC thermistor connected to high temperature resistance cable and encapsulated into
food-grade stainless steel shaft. It features anti-scaled overmolding design and flexible silicone cable. This probe is
used to monitor the internal temperature of turkey, sausage, steak, salmon, fish, mash tun, oil, chicken, beaf, etc.
So as to be sure the food is at the desired temperature during cooking.
