Metal Braided Cable USB Connector NTC Temperature Sensor Probe is a food temperature inspection probe,
which is made from reliable NTC thermistor connected to high temperature resistance cable and encapsulated
into food-grade stainless steel shaft. It features a piercing tip and easy-plug connector.This probe is used to
monitor the internal temperature of turkey, sausage, steak, salmon, fish, mash tun,oil, chicken, beaf, etc.
So as to be sure the food is at the desired temperature.
