2.5mm Mono Jack Meat Temperature Probe 3.3K NTC Thermistor Sensor(-40 to 350C) is a food temperature inspection
probe, which is made from reliable NTC thermistor connected to high temperature resistance cable and encapsulated into
food-grade stainless steel shaft. It features a piercing tip and step down design for fast response. This probe is used to
monitor the internal temperature of turkey, sausage, steak, salmon, fish, mash tun, oil, chicken, beaf, etc. So as to be sure
the food is at the desired temperature.
