100K 3950 NTC Temperature Sensor Probe For Grill/Oven/Smoker is a food temperature inspection probe, which is made
from reliable NTC thermistor connected to high temperature resistance cable and encapsulated into food-grade stainless steel
shaft. It features a piercing tip and 3-pole audio plug. This probe is used to monitor the internal temperature of turkey, sausage,
steak, salmon, fish, mash tun, oil, chicken, beaf, etc. So as to be sure the food is at the desired temperature.
